East & southeast Denver metro

Aurora

A vast, diverse city where the exact corridor matters.

A vast, diverse city where the exact corridor matters.

Aurora spans multiple counties and very different housing markets. The Havana Street corridor is known for Korean and other international restaurants; south and southeast Aurora offer large planned communities and comparatively attainable options in some price bands.

Korea Town Aurora

The informal Korea Town cluster centers on South Havana Street, with Korean barbecue, tofu, markets, cafés, karaoke, beauty, and other businesses. It is a business corridor rather than a residential neighborhood boundary.

Crime needs address-level context

Aurora has had highly publicized crime and organized-crime cases, but ethnicity or immigration status does not predict neighborhood risk. Use current Aurora Police and regional crime maps, visit at different times, and compare a specific property rather than labeling an entire city or nationality.

South Aurora value tradeoffs

Areas around the southeast corridor can offer newer construction and more space than central Denver at the same budget. Commute, metro-district taxes, HOA dues, airport noise, schools, and future development remain property-specific.

City, pricing, and business information changes; verify the specific address before buying.
