The region's best-known Koreatown is an Aurora business corridor along Havana Street—not an official Denver neighborhood.
The best-known cluster runs around South Havana Street in Aurora, especially near the shopping centers between roughly East Jewell Avenue and East Yale Avenue. It is not an incorporated district with fixed residential boundaries.
Korean barbecue, tofu soup, fried chicken, noodles, bakeries, cafés, karaoke, beauty businesses, and Asian groceries make this a destination corridor. On Havana Street's current directory is the best starting point because openings and closures change.
Nearby housing includes older condos and townhomes, established detached-home neighborhoods, and newer choices farther south and east. Compare the exact HOA, school boundary, commute, parking, and current incident data rather than buying on the Koreatown label alone.
